The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilitator to join our Practice Management Delivery team. This is a senior facilitator role that goes beyond delivery — you will facilitate complex learning experiences and play an active role in shaping how those programs evolve and deliver impact.  Success in this role requires both facilitation mastery and deep Wealth expertise.

What You’ll Do
1. Lead High-Impact Facilitation
Facilitate using a “guide by their side” approach, where learners actively problem-solve and apply concepts
Apply deep subject matter expertise in financial planning and private wealth management to ask the right questions, challenge thinking, and guide learners toward accurate, high-quality outcomes
Facilitate complex learning programs for diverse audiences, inc
